Maui Outreach Program

Earn your Mānoa degree on Maui…

The Maui Outreach Program is designed for Maui County residents wanting to complete a UH Mānoa Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. The Maui Outreach Program provides individualized advising for Interdisciplinary Studies, a self-designed major equivalent that focuses on Human Relations in Organizations (HUMRO). Under the HUMRO theme, students are able to take courses on conflict resolution, environmental issues such as ways to malama 'aina, multicultural perspectives, and creative expression.

Graduates of the Interdisciplinary Studies program may further their education by enrolling in the Peace Studies Certificate program administered by Maui Outreach Program.
