Human Resource Management Certification Review II
Part II of the HR Management Certification Review, this course is for experienced HR practitioners who are planning to take the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations administered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Based on the SHRM Learning System, this course provides an overview of the remaining functional areas in human resource management as defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI): total rewards, also known as compensation and benefits; employee and labor relations; and risk management, formerly referred to as occupational health, safety and security.
