Project Management: Introduction and Initiating Projects
The first in a series of three classes. Discover practical ways for successfully completing projects within time and budget constraints. Topics: definition of a project and project management, project management phases, benefits of project management, project life cycle, project management organizations, role of project manager, purpose of the initiating process, and project charter. No prerequisite. It is strongly recommended that students enroll in all three classes.
