Project Management: Executing, Controlling, and Closing Projects

Third in a series of three classes. Topics: purpose of the executing process, executing activities, change requests, purpose of the controlling process, performance reporting, integrated change control, purpose of the closing process, administrative closure, and contract closeout. Prerequisites: Introduction and Initiating Projects; Planning Projects.
