The Child Custody in the Courts Certificate is awarded upon completion of three days of training. Attend either of the first two days to learn about a specific legal aspect of child custody in the courts, or if you cannot attend on all course dates. Child Custody in the Courts Day 3: Seminar works best if you have completed the previous classes. It involves class work to demonstrate competence in content areas covered in Days 1 and 2.
