Danny Ishii is a Client Services Consultant in the Workforce, Staffing & Development Department of Hawaiian Electric Company. He consults with managers and supervisors on employment and facilitates programs on supervision, civil treatment, and change management. He has over 25 years of human resources management experience, including Director of Human Resources at Hawaiʻi Dental Service. Ishii achieved his SHRM certification so that he could facilitate the Human Resource Management certification review program. He is currently the Co-chair of the Professional Development committee for the SHRM Hawaiʻi Educational Foundation. He received bachelor`s and master`s degrees in business administration from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. |
