UH Number and UH Email
Once admitted you are assigned a UH number, which Outreach College emails or mails to you. It is mandatory to create a UH username and email account. Go to www.hawaii.edu/account to have your username and password created, and to activate your UH email account.
The username and email address are required to register, view your final grades, use WebCT, and keep your contact information up-to-date.
| UH Email Important information from University administrators and instructors will be sent to your UH email account. Check your email (https://mail.hawaii.edu) regularly. Your email can also be accessed through MyUH QUICKLINKS (http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu). Email sent to your UH Email account is considered an official channel of communication by the University. |

Guest ID Card
Students registered for Extension terms or Outreach College non-credit courses who have not paid a term fee may be eligible for a UH-Manoa Guest ID card. Visit the Outreach College Student Services Office at Krauss Hall Information Window, Room 101 to receive an ID request memo. Guest ID cards must be approved by the ID office and will not be issued until the first day of the course. Take the memo to the Campus Center Ticket, Information & ID Office. There is a $5.00 processing fee and a picture ID is required. The Guest ID card has limited privileges. See the Campus Center website for more details about requirements and benefits.
