Part II of the Human Resource Management Certification Review, and based on the SHRM Learning System, this course provides an overview of the remaining functional areas in human resource management as defined by HRCI: compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and risk management. In addition to print materials, included in the course fee, review materials and exam practice may now also be accessed via e-readers and smartphones.
