Artists, designers, and photographers, who are ready to take their work to the next level, need to think and act like a poet when creating a focused digital portfolio. Begin with the characteristics of a good portfolio: it is a limited and focused collection, sharing qualities with the best poetryŃreduced, simplified, and deepened. Topics range from branding and marketing to story and visual communication. Next, learn how to prepare artwork for optimal results. Finally explore how to utilize Flash to create an online or CD-based portfolio. By the end of the course, participants have created a portfolio that, like poetry, enriches, deepens, and advances their creative journey.
