If you thought Adobe Acrobat was only for PDFs creation, come find out the many uses for Acrobat including control, secure distribution, collaboration, forms, prepress, and multimedia. Examine how to generate professional print-ready files, automate the preflight process, and correct issues that might compromise print quality without creating a new PDF document. Explore how to add navigation, bookmarks, and audio and video to a PDF file to make it an electronic publication or multimedia PDF. Learn to create and optimize Adobe PDF documents, combining files from multiple applications for output to various media including screen, web, multimedia, or print. Learn how to utilize the tools for document collaboration including email, shared file, and Acrobat Connect, as well as how to streamline data collection with Adobe PDF forms. Explore some of the recent changes to forms workflow including the auto recognition, email submission, and how to help users enable the Acrobat reader for forms.
