Motion is Apple`s revolutionary software for motion graphics and visual effects design. This is A comprehensive study of Motion, exploring its real-time design engine and interface, behavior-based animation, parameter behaviors, blend modes, advanced particle system design, advanced title animation, working with templates, chroma key techniques, masking methods, DVD motion menu design, working with audio, keyframing, and integration. This course covers all the fundamentals and functionality of Motion.

Certification
This course covers the requirements necessary to successfully become an Apple Certified Pro, Level 1 in Motion. Level 1 certification attests to basic operational knowledge of the application. Motion Level 1 certification also counts towards the new Final Cut Studio (FCS) Master Pro certification.

Steve Szabo has worked in the film and video industry since 1990 as an editor, colorist, visual effects designer and more recently as a DVD/HD DVD author. His work experience includes several television series, scores of television commercials and a variety of other programs for many major clients. He is an Apple Certified Trainer in Final Cut Pro 6, Motion 3, DVD Studio Pro 4, Soundtrack Pro 2 and Final Cut Studio 2 and has received a number of awards for editing, effects and DVD authoring. Szabo is the owner of Digital Edge Hawaii in Honolulu.
