In this class, dive deep into Photoshop CS4 to explore the many ways that images can be retouched and restored. Topics include correcting extreme exposure errors; fixing blown-out skies; object removal; restoration of antique images; repair and restoration of damaged prints suffering from cracks, torn areas, mold damage, and missing areas; portrait retouching, including reducing wrinkles, removing blemishes, and enhancing eyes and lips.
Sean Duggan is a photographer, digital artist, and educator who combines a traditional fine art photographic background with extensive real world experience in the field of digital imaging. He is the co-author of The Creative Digital Darkroom (O`Reilly Media, 2007), Photoshop Artistry (New Riders, 2006), and Real World Digital Photography (Peach Pit, 2004). An Adobe Certified Photoshop Expert, Duggan has a regular Photoshop tutorial column in Layers magazine and also writes articles on Photoshop and digital imaging for Photoshop User, Digital Photo Pro, Outdoor Photographer, and PCPhoto magazines.
