- Describe how coaching can benefit themselves, others, and the larger organization.
- Identify behaviors that help foster a supportive coaching environment.
- Demonstrate a variety of asking and listening techniques to coach others formally and informally.
- Use the Key Actions to conduct a coaching session.

Robb Drown is corporate training officer for First Hawaiian Bank, where he has worked since 1993. He is a certified AchieveGlobal and Development Dimensions International facilitator. Drown previously was HR manager at Hawaiian Life and organizational development manager for Pacific Guardian Life, where he was the principal trainer in management development.
