The first in a series of three classes. Discover practical ways for successfully completing projects within time and budget constraints. Topics: definition of a project and project management, project management phases, benefits of project management, project life cycle, project management organizations, role of project manager, purpose of the initiating process, and project charter. No prerequisite. Students are required to enroll in all three classes.
