Art of Leadership Certificate Program

Program Overview
The Art of Leadership Certificate Program is designed to provide a foundation of one-on-one personal and interpersonal skills that support team initiatives, quality improvement, and process improvement efforts. The Art of Leadership Certificate may be earned after successful completion of eight or more workshops. Registration in at least eight workshops also qualifies for the special fee of $75 per course.

Developed by AchieveGlobal, one of the largest and most highly regarded training organizations in the United States, the Art of Leadership Program offers management skills for today`s fast-paced workplace. AchieveGlobal has served the needs of many Fortune 500 companies, as well as local corporate clients First Insurance, AIG Hawaii, Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, Outrigger Hotels, HECO, HMSA, and Kaiser, to name a few.

The program features ten workshops, delivered using:

  • Case studies and examples to illustrate concepts.
  • Videos modeling group scenarios, discussion, and practice sessions to build skills.
