General Information
Residence hall contracts include both room and board for student residents. It is mandatory for all students residing in a dormitory (non-apartment) to purchase a meal plan. For apartment residents who attend Summer Sessions, the meal program is optional. Any resident who fails to comply with the dining program requirements is subject to termination of his/her Student Housing Services contract.
Once a meal plan is chosen, it applies throughout the session(s). The options are:
- Summer I (6-week session)
- Summer II (6-week session)
- Summer III (12 weeks, includes both Summer I & II 6-week sessions)
- Varied Date Courses (for courses that have variable starting dates).

Summer Session III

Meals end with dinner, Friday, August 15, 2008
(Does not include meals for Saturday, July 5, 2008 and Sunday, July 6, 2008)
On holidays meals are only available at Hale Aloha.
Students with special dietary needs should discuss these concerns with the Housing Office before accepting a room assignment.
Application and Payment
For all dining plans, payment must be received in full by the deadline along with the completed dining plan contract. Checks should be made out to SODEXHO. Sodexho will report delinquent accounts to Student Housing, which reserves the right to cancel a room assignment if no dining plan is purchased.

Meal plan applications and payments are handled separately by Sodexho Campus Services; do not send meal plan payments to the Housing Office.
The Housing Application/Contract Form applies to both housing and meal plans. Please read it thoroughly before signing the agreements.
Meal Plan Rates
- PIPELINE (All meals) includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Monday-Friday; brunch and dinner on Saturday-Sunday
- WAVE RIDER (14-meal plan) includes choice of any 14 meals per week, Sunday-Saturday.
- HANG TEN (10-meal plan) includes choice of any 10 meals per week, Sunday-Saturday.

Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellation requests should be made, in writing, to Sodexho Campus Services at the address listed above. Refund policies may be requested from Sodexho Campus Services.
