Exhibitor Information

squareBenefits of Being an Exhibitor

Being an exhibitor gives your company, organization, products, services and technologies an opportunity to be seen by a gathering of interested community members, businesses, and government representatives who are motivated to explore clean energy and sustainability options. As an exhibitor, you will:

  • reach a group of 600 potential customers to introduce a new product, reinforce your brand, or generate sales*,
  • network with industry leaders, experts and decision makers,
  • be featured throughout the summer on the Hawai‘i Clean Energy Day website, including information about your company/organization, plus a link to your website.

Hawai‘i Clean Energy Day is developed to attract 600 registered participants. There are vigorous and targeted marketing activities that have already been done and more are planned throughout the month of May. Event sponsors have made arrangements to have a high profile and engaging keynote speaker, Christine Ervin, and have received commitments from industry representatives to engage in informative panel discussions that will interest Hawai‘i citizens. The exhibition area will also be free and open to the general public.

*As this is a non-profit event, on-site sales are not permitted.

squareLocation of HCED

All sessions for Hawai‘i Clean Energy Day will be at the University of Hawai‘i, Mānoa campus. The keynote address and three panel discussions will be held at Kennedy Theater. Lunch will be held at the Imin Conference Center at the East-West Center. The exhibition area will be located on the lanai area in front and on the side of the Imin Conference Center. The two venues are located directly across from each other on East-West Road. Please see the campus map for the exact location.
