Payments with credit cards (MasterCard/VISA) will be processed by the UH Conference Center, Outreach College.
DEADLINE: Deadline for online registration has been extended to June 2, 2009. Form of payment must accompany the registration. Credit card numbers submitted with registration will be processed upon receipt. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Continuous registration by fax and phone after June 2; does not include lunch. Call 956-6780 for assistance.
REFUNDS: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received by the UH Conference Center by May 29, 2009. No refunds will be made thereafter, please allow approximately three to five weeks for processing.
