Summer Grade Information for Students
After the end of the Summer session, instructors enter grades online via MyUH.
Give the instructor a few days to post your grade. If your grade does not appear on MyUH, your instructor may not have entered it into the system or the grade record may not have been "rolled" to your transcript record. Thirty days after the grade entry deadline a blank grade will be changed to an "F" or "NC".
If you have any questions about your grade, contact the instructor. If you don't have your instructor's email address, contact the academic department.
The instructors summer grade entry deadlines are:
- Summer 1 – courses between May 27 and July 3
Grade Entry Deadline = July 8, 4:00pm - Summer 2 – courses between July 7 and August 14
Grade Entry Deadline = August 19, 4:00pm
You should be able to view your grades after 5:00pm on the deadline date.
To view your grade(s) go to MyUH. Login. In the left column under the Home tab, Academic Services, Student Records, select "View Grades." or "View Transcript."
