Graduating UH Students
Are you a currently enrolled UH student who will graduate at the end of the current semester from a UH campus?
Apply for the Non-Degree Seeking, Unclassified Programs.

Current UH Mānoa Students
If you are currently enrolled in the UH Mānoa courses, you do not need to apply to Outreach College. Register on STAR.
STAR GPS Registration
Current UH Students
If you are in good academic standing, you do not need to apply to Outreach College. Register on STAR.
STAR GPS RegistrationUH Community Colleges, UH Hilo, and UH West Oahu students may encounter a registration error. If you receive an error, please contact Outreach College Student Services at ochelp@hawaii.edu.
If you are interested in courses offered through the standard UHM Fall and Spring semesters, please contact UHM Undergraduate Admissions or UHM Graduate Division to submit an application.
