The UH Center, which is located on the 2nd floor of UH-Maui Collegeʻs Laulima building, works in partnership with UH Mānoa, UH Hilo, and UH West Oʻahu to offer online and distance learning degrees on Maui, Moloka‘i, and Lana‘i. The Center provides local support services for the delivery of programs and facilitates communication among campuses.

Established in 2007, the Lahaina Education Center is an extension of the University of Hawaii Maui College that provides quality educational service supporting the West Maui community. The outreach facility offers 2800 sq.ft. of academic resources reducing the lengthy 50-mile round-trip commute to the main Kahului campus for those seeking WiFi technology, computer use, print resources, test proctoring, continuing education, and workforce development training for Maui County.

The Library provides a diverse collection of materials to support the college curriculum and a comfortable place to study. The collection includes print and audiovisual materials as well as online research databases and eBooks. The Library provides remote access for UH Maui College students and faculty to access when off campus the libraryʻs research databases and eBooks.

UHMCʻs Personal Support Counseling office is available on the Kahului campus for students interested in short-term, individual, group, or couples counseling and crisis services. Staff are available for students experiencing emotional, developmental, or psychological concerns, problems in adjusting, and other factors that affect their ability to achieve academic and personal goals. Counseling support to students experiencing crisis involving traumatic events and emotional distress. A safe, confidential setting is provided to allow for individual growth through a positive therapeutic relationship. No cost services to students of UH Maui. Referrals to outside services in the community are provided when necessary.

The Campus Health Center provides affordable and accessible health care to UH Maui College students, faculty, and staff. The center accepts HMSA, HMA A, HMA, and UHA insurance, but is unable to accept Kaiser.

The Campus Health Center offers pap tests, birth control options, pregnancy testing, prevention and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, and emergency contraception.

Diagnosis and treatment for minor illnesses or injuries such as influenza, sore throat, UTI, and lacerations are offered. The center does TB testing as well as a wide variety of adult vaccinations that are discounted for students, faculty, and staff. If the student is under the age of 18, parental consent is required. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
