Celebrating more than 40 years of music-making, Chamber Music Hawai‘i is one of the state’s leading arts organizations. Through its concerts and wide range of community engagement programs, the four professional resident ensembles that form Chamber Music Hawai‘i share the joy of music with thousands of concert-goers, educators and students every year. The most popular format for these events is the “chamber chat” where the ensemble artists share about their individual instruments, perform musical demonstrations, and engage with the students/audience on certain talking points within the music. Ensembles are happy to work with host organizations to tailor each presentation to their needs. Educators and hosts can join the CMH Ohana community by enrolling in our series and inspiring the upcoming generation to champion CMH artists in live-action performances. CMH artists are members of the Hawai‘i Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Hawaiian Band.
