Across the Sea blends steel guitar, Hawaiian kī hō’alu (slack key guitar), ʻukulele and the Chinese erhu (two-string fiddle) in an imaginative blending of Hawaiian and Chinese traditions.

Featuring Jeff Peterson, Grammy-award winning slack key guitarist, Greg Sardinha on steel guitar, and Tsun-Hui Hung on erhu.

The fall concert series is a joint effort between UH Mānoa Outreach College, UH Mānoa Music Department,the East-West Center Arts Program, and Friends of Mānoa Library.
