The program also welcomes working professionals who are employed by, or in the process of starting, a Hawaiʻi-based mission-driven organization, initiative, or program. Ideal candidates are early- to mid-career professionals who can identify a pressing challenge facing their community or organization.

Fee Waivers: Full and partial waivers available; OIKI Fellows receive a full waiver.
Participants are responsible for travel costs to in-person sessions on Oʻahu (Jan 10, June 27–28, Aug 16, 2026). Estimated costs for neighbor island travel range from $1,292–$1,332, including airfare, lodging, and ground transport.
Format: Virtual sessions every other Wednesday, with three in-person gatherings on Oʻahu
