About This Micro-Credential
Artificial intelligence is transforming how organizations operate, compete, and make decisions. The AI for Business micro-credential gives you the skills to understand, apply, and strategically integrate AI into real-world business contexts—without needing a technical background. You’ll learn how to turn data and AI outputs into actionable insights while considering ethics, governance, and organizational impact.
Coursework
This micro-credential includes two sequential courses (6 credits total):
ITM 325 – AI for Business I: Foundations & Applications
ITM 425 – AI for Business II: Strategy, Use Cases & Decision Making
Courses combine hands-on tools, case studies, and strategic frameworks to build both applied and executive-level AI fluency.
(No prerequisites for ITM 325)
