Review add, drop, and withdrawal deadlines for your courses.
Outreach College offers courses lasting one to twelve weeks. Courses have different start and end dates, so deadlines vary.
Deadlines are based on your course start and end dates — not the full semester. Courses with the same start and end dates share the same deadlines.
You are responsible for knowing the deadlines that apply to your course.
Review Your Deadlines
From Browse Classes:
Locate your course and click on its CRN to review Important Dates.
Student fees are refundable only if you drop the course on or before the first day of the course.

Financial Aid:
Enrollment changes may affect your financial aid. Aid will be reviewed and adjusted as required by federal regulations. You may owe a balance. Contact Financial Aid Services for more information.
Refund and drop deadlines can also be viewed in STAR GPS Registration. Click Refund/Drop Deadlines on any course in your cart to view specific dates. Courses must be dropped by 11:59 PM HST on the deadline date for 100% or 50% tuition refund.

Courses have different start and end dates. Each schedule has its own deadlines.
What happens if I miss a deadline?
If you miss the refund deadline, you may owe tuition. If you miss the withdrawal deadline, you may receive a “F” grade.
Will withdrawing affect my financial aid?
Yes. Federal regulations require aid to be reviewed and adjusted when enrollment changes.
