About the Instructor

Dr. Derek Johnson is an infectious disease epidemiologist whose work primarily focuses on infectious diseases in LMICs. His research spans multiple regions, and he has collaborated with academic institutions and NGOs in Uganda, Sudan, Malawi, Myanmar, India, Mexico, and Honduras.
