Summer Grade Information

After the end of Summer courses, instructors enter grades online via MyUH Services.

Summer grade entry deadlines for instructors are:

• Summer Session 1 (May 23 – July 1)
  Grade Entry Deadline = July 5, 4:00pm
  
  
• Summer Session 2 (July 5 – August 12)
  Grade Entry Deadline = August 16, 4:00pm

You should be able to view your grades after 9:00 pm on the deadline date.

View your grades and unofficial transcripts through MyUH Services – “View My Final Grades” or STAR. Grade reports are not mailed.

Give the instructor a few days to post your grade. If your grade does not appear on your transcripts, your instructor may not have entered it into the system or the grade record may not have been “rolled” to your transcript record yet.

If you have any questions about your grade, contact the instructor. If you don’t have your instructor’s email address, contact the academic department.
