The Statewide Cultural Extension Program (SCEP) brings culture and arts programs to communities throughout Hawaiʻi. As we carefully move back to in-person presentations, SCEP Live Online will continue to livestream performances and presentations by local artists to partner organizations and their constituents across the state.
